[Dx-qsl] YA/LY1Y accepted for DXCC

Hi all,

Just heard earlier today that YA/LY1Y is now accepted and valid for 
DXCC credit. Drop the DXCC office an e-mail if you had it rejected 
earlier and all will be made right (mine was kicked back last December).

Many thanks to Bill Moore and to Alex (the operator) for reviving 
this one and putting #309 confirmed in the books for me.
