"They" (?) say that it's best to put "Via Japan" after "Mongolia",
because the USPO standard is to route Mongolian mail via Russia, and
we all know what is likely to happen to it there. Using the Japanese
route and two green stamps, I got the desired QSL back in about 6 weeks.
