Phil,

I got a card direct using the address on QRZ.Com with no problem.  Knowing
about the mail theft problems that Frank, V51AS, has, I sent the card via
registered mail with a SASE.  Got my card back in a couple of weeks with a
note saying no need to spend the money on registered mail -- he has no
problem with mail theft.  Maybe he does & just doesn't realize it.
