I thought I was in the log and sent a card but got no reply. I saw 
the recent thread on this one and sent him a email and here is what he said.

I have not electricity power after 03.00UTC and all my contact on 160
are between 02.00-03.00UTC

So if you think your in the log in that time frame you worked the 
same pirate I did. He does answer emails though so before you send 
another card you might want to check to see if your in the log. I 
wasn't. :( :(
