I spoke with Julio, AD4Z at the Orlando Hamfest in February about some Cuban stations (CO2HR, CO2DJ, etc.) that he is listed as QSL manager, and he said he is not getting logs from them. The are some other Cuban stations with managers in Spain and Italy. I'm trying those. 73 Dave, W4DN EX-KP4AM
