[Dx-qsl] ZA1Z

I worked ZA1Z a couple of weeks ago and I was wondering what might be 
the best way to QSL, assuming it wasn't a slim. I've seen him show up a 
few more times on the cluster, but was a bit skeptical due to the lack 
of pileups.

Assuming it is real (work first worry later, right?), is direct mail to 
Albania better than it used to be or is there a proxy to send through? I 
found a blurb from an HB9 station that used to handle ZA1Z cards but 
never got a reply from an email I sent him.
