[Dx-qsl] SK QSLs

It appears that people on this reflector is not aware
of " QSL-collection" in Austria.  This organisation
has been accepting QSL-cards for many years and keep
them organised.

They had a booth with display of old QSLs at last
years Hamradio in FN.
