I will be there over two weekends Nov 29-Dec 10.  Cw only and 
I am making 160/80 a priority.  We will have a 72' vertical 
with 50 or more radials under it.  Worked great in Botswana in
July.  I use splits of 15kc up.  I lisn on the outer edges most
of the time.  15up: -.5 down and 15 up: +3.
