If you don't get any positive replies, here are two things to try:

1.  There is an E-mail address listed on QRZ.com for HS0T. You might contact 
him, or

2.   I got a card from HS-land by send my request to a ham with a western 
name who was living in HS. I send a few extra Dollars and asked him to get 
my card if he could.. I got the card very quickly. That was over 25 years 
ago.
