[Dx-qsl] PV0T and AH1Z QSL Routing

Hi Guys,

As I finally am catching up on my QSLing (yes I am slow and a bit behind 
  :-( ) I have found 2 that I cannot find a QSL route for.  Any help 
would be appreciated.

The first is AH1Z and the 2nd is PV0T
