Hi, Masa.

I have received four QSLs as well as the same number of LOTW 
confirmations.  The QSL information I have is from the K4TSJ QRZ 
entry at http://www.qrz.com/callsign.html?callsign=k4tsj.  I quote:

"For all direct K7C Kure Atoll QSL requests, send to:

"K7C Kure Atoll Box 1 Watkinsville, GA USA 30677

"ALL K7C Bureau cards to K4TSJ

"ONLY New 2009 IRCs accepted, if old IRCs are sent, your QSL goes to 
the bureau<<<<<<<

"DO NOT SEND K7C QSLS to N4XP, use the above address or bureau."

The fastest way might be via LOTW.
