[Dx-qsl] Getting an LoTW certificate to work

Hi all,

I requested (and received) an LoTW certificate for my Canadian 
callsign a couple of years ago, the request for which was signed 
using my primary stateside call.

I've installed the certificate in Trusted QSL and can sign logs with 
it, but when I look at my certificates on LoTW, it's not included. I 
uploaded a Canadian log after the contest last night and nothing has 
appeared on my account either.

Any idea what I have to do to make this all work? I've e-mailed LoTW 
but so far haven't received an answer yet.
