Hi Les,

Nice idea but not sure how I'd know whether the DX station I'm QSLing is
registered ?(maybe you'll have a Users List?)

Many DX stations dont actually collect incoming cards, just respond to them
as a courtesy. Certainly, in my case hardly anyone really wants just another
'ol G card!

DXpeditions rely on the "little extra" most hams include with their postage
to help fund the event.

Might be worth bouncing the idea off the ARRL DXCC Desk to check their
acceptance?

Regarding Self-Prepared QSLs. For me there's always a nagging doubt about
their perceived authenticity. The few times I've resorted to using them,
I've always
prepared them as a postcard so that they at least bear the local postage
stamp and postmark of the DX country.

Just my two pennies worth!
Good Luck
Dave
