i have had 3 operations (t2yl, t31my and  su9nc) qsled by om2sa since 2003.  
2 of them had to be reqsled before  receiving qsl.  average on receiving card 
was about 5 months.

jan  and mike's operations from fw0 were quick lotw qsl if i remember  
correctly.
