Well, I just wish that people, who clearly use qrz.com to get my
address, read a little further where it states $1 is not sufficient to
cover return postage to 'anywhere'

This mornings $/£ exchange rate gave me 43pence per US$. Postage to EU
is 48pence, and to USA &c 54pence. [Minimum!]
