Which breaks down to 5 cents postage and $1.00 
storage. Gotta love Canada Post and their finest 
turtles. I hate to think what international rates 
are now. Must be about $1.50 or so. Given the 
exchange rates that's even nastier. For a 
QSL-in-an-envelope sent between EU and North 
America, Germany is the most expensive (€1,70), 
but is anybody higher than Canada for the number two position?
