[Dx-qsl] JY74X and JY74Z

This was one of the greatest $ for no QSL scams ever.  Some of the  
operators were

JY2RZ
JY3AK
JY4EF
JY4HH
JY5IM
JY9TT
4Z4DX
4X6TT

Of the lot, only 4Z4DX have I ever gotten a card from, and not this  
operation.  He apologized to me for JY74 cards not coming out from  
Jordan, but he did not have the logs. The others all pointed fingers  
at each other but I never heard of cards going out, just the sound of  
$ and IRCs being sucked up by JY6ZZ.  The really sad thing was JY1  
also operated there and he never encouraged the operators to QSL!

 From the 425 Bulletin #267 I quote "QSL JY74 ---> Amir 4X6TT reports  
that QSL for the JY74 activities (July 1995)
have been printed and should be sent at the end of June. QSL via  
JY6ZZ."  There was never an entry in subsequent bulletins saying  
anyone anywhere ever received a QSL!  I also bet no one ever received  
the special JY1 award for working them on 2 bands! I'm still awaiting  
my cards and award.
