[Dx-qsl] 4O prefixes in WPX

There were several 4OxA calls used during
recent WPX CW contest.

I did a little reserch to clarify QSL info
and location of some 4O stations. Here is the 
list:




> 4O0A YU1SRS 
> 4O1A YU1EXY
> 4O2A 4N1SM
> 4O3A YT6A   (Montenegro)
> 4O4A YT6Y   (Montenegro)
> 4O5A YU7AV
> 4O6A YT6A   (Montenegro)
> 4O7A YT6T   (Montenegro)
> 4O8A YU1MM
> 4O9A YU1AM via YU1FW
> 409T YU7AAA and YT7C 


Apparently, all 4O calls outside Montengro
will expire on Dec.31 2007 the latest. Most
likely earlier.
