Stations that don't QSL should make that clear up front and not encourage
submission of $$$$$ in the vain hopes of getting a confirmation. Ethics
apply to both ends of the pileups. A green stamp collector deserves to be
publicly identified to discourage a dishonest practice.

I did not know that there is a requirement for anyone to QSL!!
How do you feel about a Hall of Shame for those who try to intimidate a
station
who doesn't QSL into QSLing?
Lighten up! This is a hobby ... something we participate in for recreation
in
our spare time.
