I just received an e-mail from Carlos TI8CBT saying that he has more 
current-issue IRCs available for USD1.25 each in packages of 20, plus 2GS 
for registered mail.  That works out to 20 IRCs delivered for USD27.00.

I bought 50 IRCs from him a few months ago and they arrived promptly.

IRC" in the Subject line of your e-mail, otherwise he won't read it.  His
