[Dx-qsl] QSLs w/ Pakistan

I just had the good fortune to work Khalid AP2DKH.  When I asked him for 
his QSL route, he referred me to QRZ.com (which is confusing at best).

I guess I will send direct to the address given on QRZ.com, but I am unsure 
if I should send IRC or GS to that part of the world (Pakistan isn't listed 
in either of the two online IRC/GS lists I looked at).

Can someone help me with the correct way to send postage funds to Khalid 
and perhaps even confirm the route listed for him:
