I did receive my card from this operation.  Initially, I worked him in Sept 
2005 and sent for the card immediately-that one was never returned due to mail 
theft.  I think the mail theft problem Joca was having made national news in 
Brazil, if I have the sotry correct.

I resent on 5/15/06 to Joca's HOME address listed on QRZ.com, and had the 
return card 7/21/06 using Brazilian postage.
