[Dx-qsl] 3C0M QSL-cards coming out 8R1AK/p (SA-068)

Hi Al,
I heard Esmond at 20 June 2006 as 8R1AK/m from SA-068.
I send SAE + 1 USD and got the card on the first haft in  September.
Address used: Esmond Jones, P.O. Box 10868, Georgetown, GUYANA 
Same as in QRZ.com - so no secret here. I checked the card but no
other address and even no email address mentioned.
No email address mentioned in the bulletins of 425 DX-News, DXNL  (german
DARC) , ARLD and URE (spanish).
But received QSL-cards are reported in 425 DX-News # 829 (24 Mar  2007).
Maybe he hasn't send out all QSLs yet or maybe an unsecure postal  way.
Sorry for not having any other additional positive info.
