Several years ago now, I received a reply from my email to Paul (Pablo) 
EA9AZ that my 40 meter QSO was in the EA9EU log and he would put a card in 
the bureau for me. I emailed back that I'd send an SAE and GSs rather than 
wait for the bureau. I sent another direct request in December. We've had 
several bureau clearings with no EA9EU card in the last year and no response 
to the direct requests.
