Your right.  QRZ.COM still shows EA9EU's manager as EA9AZ,
but EA5KB's site, updated March 21, 2007, says he is the
manager for EA9EU and EA9AZ.  I wonder what happened to all
those QSL requests that were sent to EA9AZ...GS collector?

Here is EA5KB's QSL information:

QSL received Buro = Buro. QSL received Direct with SAE with
2 USD or 2 IRC = Direct. QSL received Direct with SAE and
without USD/IRC = Buro. Send 1 QSL per Letter. ONLY 1 QSL
FOR ENVELOPE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
