I have also not received mine, but I don't think they are all out yet.  KU9C 
said he would send a note to all the DX bulletins when he had finished 
processing all the cards, and I haven't seen that yet, so can only presume he is 
still working on it.

I'm sure it will be coming soon; Steve is a FB manager and I have never had a 
problem getting cards from him, ever.
