[Dx-qsl] QSL cards NOT received

A QSL request sent to YN1ATM's Callbook address was returned by the postal 
service marked: "Fallecido" (DECEASED).

A card sent to TG9NX via a given  address here in Miami, Fl  was returned 
with a note saying that he wants green stamps (US$$$$).  If he were not in 
the green stamp business, he could have used the same SASE to confirm the 
QSO instead.  Note: TG9NX QSL cards ARE acceptable for DXCC.
