Ron,
Anything published tends to be accepted as fact when in some
cases is not true. If you have access to or have seen the
original written documents for the 7O/OH2YY operation that
satisfied the ARRL/DXCC, please share them with us. I would
be interested in seeing what OH2YY sent. I have asked
Bernie the same question and so far he has not replied.
Otherwise I will remain skeptical.

did, and I quote
from the 6 May 2002 OPDX Bulletin (and thanks to Osten
