The ARRL Third Call Area Incoming QSL Bureau wishes to acknowledge
publicly the kindness of Janice Hartman, WB3FXH, who made a donation
to this Bureau in honor of her late husband John Hartman, WA3Z (former
WA3ZBI) who died on 17 September 2006.  The funds will be used to
notify amateurs who are not aware that the Bureau is holding cards for
them, and to send cards gratis to some of the amateurs who have only
managed to accumulate one or two cards in the Bureau over a period of
several years.
