[Dx-qsl] 7O1YGF and TT8ZB

Vlad, UA4WHX, "world traveller" was in Yemen in
early 2005, could not get a license so did not operate.
He was told by Yemen PTT that NO licenses for
amateur radio had ever been issued, except one by
mistake to King Hussein, JY1, and he never used it.
