[Dx-qsl] Rudest response?

Guys, FWIW
I suspect that this is a rubber stamp applied by the Dutch bureau rather
than the operator. If you think about it, if the guy is not interested
in QSLing (and there is no reason why he should be), he's not likely to
go to the time and trouble of collecting his unwanted cards from the
bureau, applying a rubber stamp and sending them back to the bureau, is
he?
