YX0A/YX0LIX: SASE+donation sent via KU9C on April 25th, 2006. (7
bands, 4 cards)
XF4DL: SASE+donation sent via N6AWD on Nov. 8th 2006 (9 bands, 3
modes on 3 cards)
PZ5RA: SAE+$2 sent direct on Jan. 27th (160 CW, completing a 9x3
sweep of PZ). Thanks Ramon!
YI9KT: SASE/stamps sent via SP8KHT on August 8th, 2006 (17 and 20 CW).

via LoTW: Too many to list since last week. Well over 150 hits,
including about half of that number from my /C6A operation and most
of the others from ARRL-CW and ARRL-SSB. Of all the hits, these were
needed confirmations:

T32MO (30, 40 and 80m)
CN2WW (160m)
KP2ZZ (160m)

Speaking of my /C6 operation, this morning I received 15 card
requests (with more likely coming in the next couple of weeks). Of
those 15, only THREE had no callsigns or any other reference to
amateur radio on the envelope. No wonder a lot of mail "disappears"
enroute to high-risk countries if that same percentage of requests
makes overt reference to calls, etc. As to the requests themselves,
I'm leaving everything unopened until I get some cards made, which
should take about 4 or 5 weeks. I'll have everything in the mail
within a day or two of receiving the cards.

On the subject of which, are there card printers who can do up small
batches of QSLs for a reasonable price? I made about 650 QSOs last
week, of which I expect to see about 1/4 to 1/3 in requests, tops. I
don't need 1000 cards by any stretch of the imagination, and I don't
want to order that many nice cards only to throw away 800 or so in a
couple of years. Any suggestions?

Cheers,

Peter,
