[Dx-qsl] DXCC Yearbook

Gents,

Am I missing something or what is the actual status of the DXCC Yearbook? 
Does it go out or completely skipped by now? I am an ARRL member and I did 
submit an application in the year 2006. Usually it comes out in April every 
year but there is nothing for the year 2006 so far. I remember talks some 
time ago, it had to be cancelled or so, but likely there were still more 
issues after these talks...

Any info?
