[Dx-qsl] FP/K8MM rcvd today

QSL received for FP/K8MM today for a 11/23/2005 contact.

Card mailed direct with SASE (37 cent stamp) on 12/09/2005. Received today 
06/15/2007  with 37 cents postage and no additional postage to bring it up 
to the 41 cents needed.

I'm suprised the P.O. didn't return the envelope for insufficient postage.
