[Dx-qsl] 3C0M?

Hi all,

Just wondering if I'm the only one still waiting for a 3C0M card from 
the operation last October. I've seen many reports of cards received 
in the last few months but no luck so far. I e-mailed Elmo on June 
6th and haven't gotten a reply back yet, either.

This is an all-time New One for me, otherwise I wouldn't be worried. 
If cards are still pending no worries. If not, just wondering if I 
should send again.
