QRZ gives the same address as Buckmaster

DB0SDX and F6CYV say "4J4K QSL via PA3EPG (only for 3 Nov. 2000 - 30 Jan.
2001 !!)"

Buckmaster and QRZ show the same address as above for 4K9C

Worked 12-May-07 on 20 CW.
There doesn't seem to be a QSL manager listed.

Ideas? Experience?
