[Dx-qsl] UA4WHX UA callbook

I had asked Vlad UA4WHX if the address in the Russian callbook is valid  
because it has a street address rather than the p.o. box listed in  qrz.com.  I 
had used it in the past, copying the Cyrillic characters to my  envelope.
 
Vlad replied that he is no longer at that address and he may or may not get  
mail sent to it.  SO don't get too smart for your own good  (like  me!).  Use 
the address on qrz.com.
