Another solution would be for our tech-savvy Indian friends to upload logs 
with the actual calls that they used on the air, like everyone else does. 
Yes, I logged the call "as sent" on 20 cw and SSB, and it doesn't show up on 
LoTW.  I don't think the Indian government cares about LoTW.
