Thanks to all who responded to my earlier query.

It seems that the QSLs are still coming out but that I have been using 
the wring e-mail address for RW3AZ.  It appears the correct one is 
rw3az at rambler.ru.

I will send yet another e-mail to Alex and hope to be able to get a 
result.
