Hi Phil,

I received my 160m QSO card from Alex RW3AZ a couple of weeks ago direct
from Moscow,
at the 2nd attempt.

I originally applied back in Dec. 06. Having not received a reply by May, I
emailed Alex and received a swift reply asking me to re-apply as original
not received. He said that he would finish outstanding QSL requests on his
return to Moscow in June/July. (By the way, I addressed my envelope in
Russian crylic as per the Russian QSL address website, think it might help).

When he did, he went to the trouble to email me to say that the card was in
the post and it arrived about 10 days later.

So... I'm surprised you're not receving any response yourself, can only
suggest you try another email. Your card may of course still be in
progress.
The email address I used was rw3az at rambler.ru

Good Luck. I know too well how frustrating this QSL chasing can be!
73 Dave
