[Dx-qsl] GM3SHK/p

[Bob Nielsen]

UK calls keep the same suffix but change their prefix when operating  
from a different region (GM, GI, GW, GJ, GU, etc.), so if G3SHK  
operates from Scotland he would use a GM prefix in addition to the /P.
