[Dx-qsl] NEW IRCs

I decided to catch up on my QSLing chores.  I went to the Main U.S. Post
Office here in Louisville to get the new IRCs.  They advised that they do
not have any new IRCs and they did not know if they were going to get
any new ones or not.

I picked up 2 older IRCs a few days ago from one of the branch POs and
the clerk attached a .10 stamp to them to make the price $1.85.  These 
IRCs were dated 2006 and had a price of $1.75 on them.

Does anyone know if the USPS has printed new IRCs since the rate change?

I know some countries do not allow foreign currency to come into their
country and IRCs are the only way to get some cards.

Has anyone else had trouble getting the new IRCs since the rate change?
