Still no luck yet with YX0LIX or VU7LD. In fact, I just bundled up my 
received envelopes from June through December of 2006 (I keep 
everything I get with foreign stamps), and when I stacked 'em up 
against the Dec. '05 to May '06 pile, the current pile was about 30% 
smaller. My return rates since last summer seem to have diminished 
considerably than that from the first half of the year. My outbound 
numbers are more or less on par. In fact, I think I'll generate a 
separate post with my findings once I tally them all up. Am I just 
having a run of bad luck or have other die-hard QSLers noticed a 
down-turn the last few months?
