FWIW, I have had 14 QSO's with this station, spanning the time period
October, 1990 (CQWW) to 28 November, 2006, on four different bands (12,
15, 17, 20), and on four different modes (SSB, RTTY, CW, PSK31).
I had had no problems getting those QSL's that I required, other than
having to wait a little while from time to time - the only QSO's posted
to LOTW have been the last two contacts, on 17 metres, CW, last
November.
I am still awaiting the cards for these November contacts, but given
what I said above, I don't really expect a problem.
So, to me, LOTW is a bonus - but still not the real thing, Hi.
