I also have received LotW credit for Q's with Chak from last year, 30 m in April and 80 m in November. I have a number of other Q's with him over the last 10 years, most already confirmed that haven't shown up, so it does appear that only his last year's log was unloaded.

I have an additional 17m cw qso 27 Mar 2002 that did not show up in LOTW for
an unknown reason, hi
