[Dx-qsl] JT1CO via LOTW ?

Just curious what the dates on those QSO's are.  I worked JT1CO back in 
1999 and nothing has showed up in LOTW.  I am already credited in DXCC 
with a card so I don't need the LOTW credit.  Still, I am wondering if 
his older logs are not entered or maybe something is off somewhere.
