E51YAQ via W7YAQ, roughly 8 week turn around, card mailed from OR 1/20

Only got one of my QSO's confirmed; Bob attached a nice note apologizing
that my 15 M Q was NIL.  But that's OK, the one on 40 CW counted, and that
was both a band and a mode I needed anyway! <g>

No new LotW confirmations, but I do see that the order keeps changing,
indicating that certain stations keep reloading some or all of their logs
over and over again.  Oh well, at least they're using it! <g>
