I just got back my envelope, mailed 04 December, to ES1QD with an address:

"VELLO PRIIMANN
BOX 3739 TALLINN 10508
ESTONIA"

Thats the address in QRZ.com, so I sent Vello a quick message, and already
received one back.  He says that address is
correct.

There is a stamp at the top, in English that says 'UNABLE TO FORWARD"
Then a box with 5 small checkmark boxes at the lower right of the envelope
that says "something:, "Retour(C33/CP 10 anteror)
the small box looks like it says " rechazadola refuce"  But that last bit is
under a magnafying glass and very poorly stamped so it on looks like that.
That is the one box that has a tick mark in it.
Anyway, has anyone else had a problem sending him mail and getting it
returned this way?

It really irritated me, because one of the 5 contacts is for 160meters, and
this one is going to keep me from turning in my 160 meter DXCC (ninth band)
early next month at the Richmond Winterfest.
