Some of you asked about NA-107 VE2XB/VY0 whereabouts.
Here attached is Mike's response.

BAD NEWS: He will not have the QSL cards before March.
          DO not count for his QSLs for February IOTA
          deadline. 

GOOD NEWS: He is back to the island (Brrrr...), 
           and will stay for another two months.

I am back in Winnipeg heading back up to VY0, but 
I was sick and couldn't get to the printer's so 
it will have to wait for my next trip to Mtl in March.

I have a beautiful design with Polar bears and all 
the iota, zone info, etc that you gave me.
