Dear Reflectees,

In answer to a number of enquirers...
The mailing address I used for Mario was as per QRZ.COM. This agrees with 
the address stamped on the return envelope.
As always, I used regular airmail and a strong, well sealed, unattractive, 
regular brown  business style envelope just large enough to hold the SAE etc 
unfolded. This was mailed on 29/9/06.
Mario's letter was 16 days in the mail  according to the franking date, and 
stamped to the value of Colombian $5,300.

No magic formula, just plain lucky...even happens to me sometimes!
